Your 2021 Players Card Includes…

• Complimentary golf seven days a week for the entire season. Valid on the applicable courses of your membership. 
Monday-Friday after 1:30pm, and after 3pm on Weekends/Holidays
ii) From Season Opening until May 15 and October 12 until the end of the 2021 golf season at no charge. Restricted to weekdays any time, weekends and holidays after noon. (subject to availability).
iii) maximum 1 round per day, per member.
• Individual round certificates which are redeemable Monday to Friday all day (excluding weekday holidays) subject to availability. Certificates are transferable (ideal for business entertainment or a sales incentive). Maximum eight certificates can be redeemed in one day.
Combined Package Purchasers:
Five of your 28 Rolling Hills certiricates are redeemable anytime on Weeeknds or Holidays.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
• Members and their guests must abide by the individual golf club's rules and regulations and respect the rights of all fellow golfers, guests and staff members. Failure to do so may result in the member's privileges being suspended by the Director of Operations.
• The member acknowledges that there are risks inherent in participating in the game of golf. The member agrees to release the club from any liability from personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by the Member, including injury resulting in death and any financial loss or damage, directly or indirectly resulting from the Member's activities or participation in events at the club. The member further waives, as against the club, all claims recourse and rights of action that the Member might have against the Club as a result of such personal injury, property damage or loss.
• There are no refunds on memberships and they are nontransferable.
• Non-weather related tee time cancellations are required no less than 48 hours prior to play. To cancel a player or an entire tee time, Members may contact LinkLine or the Golf shop directly. In the event the cancellation policy has not been adhered to, a 'no show' fee may apply and/or loss of booking privileges for the Member who made the reservation.
• Membership cannot be combined with any coupon or promotion.

MEMBER AND GUEST GOLF CART RENTAL AGREEMENT

In conjunction with the rental of a golf cart, the driver/renter of the cart accepts that he or she will operate the cart in a safe manner, will adhere to all rules set forth by the Club and/or ClubLink, and accepts complete liability for any damages to the golf cart or personal property. The driver/renter voluntarily agrees and accepts the risks of using a golf cart, and on behalf of the driver/renter, any passengers in the cart, any personal representatives and heirs hereby voluntarily release ClubLink, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, causes of actions, suits, judgments that may in any way or manner arise out of use of the golf cart. It is strictly forbidden that a minor or any individual without a valid driver’s license operate the golf cart. The driver/renter of the golf cart will return the golf cart to the locally designated return area, not leave the golf cart in the car parking lot and for further safety will have possession/control of golf cart keys if the golf cart is ever left unattended.
